Minibus Training UK -
Minibus Info

We are part of the Kim Driver Training Group specialising in Minibus Assessments and Training.

In 1997 all the driving licences changed everyone who had passed before 1997 was given entitlement for B+E (Car and Trailer), C1( 7.5 ton) and D1 (Minibus), after 01/01/1997 everyone who passed their test were only given the entitlement category B(Car) this meant that people who want to drive a minibus will need to either sit a D1 (Mininbus) driving test or (depending on the weight of the bus, policy of the insurance company or company they work for) a Minibus Assessment.

Since September 2008 anyone hoping to drive a minibus for a non profit organisation will have to complete the driver CPC.

This consists of 4 modules;

Module 1 and 1a
Theory test and Hazard Perception  £50

Module 2
